Geneva top-grade thick sausages
Ingredients: raw meat 93% (trimmed lean pork, raw pork fat, trimmed first-grade beef, deboned broiler chicken meat), drinking water, egg melange, skimmed milk powder, table salt, taste and aroma mixture (stabilizers E 450, E 451, spice extracts (red pepper, black pepper), dextrose, antioxidant E 316, yeast extract), sugar, stabilizer E 250.
Nutritional value per 100 g of product: fats - 17 g, of which saturated - 6.6 g, carbohydrates - 1.6 g, of which sugar - 0.1 g, proteins - 10 g, salt - 1.9 g.
Energy value per 100 g of product - 826 kJ/199 kcal.
Storage conditions: store at a temperature from 0°С to 6°С and with relative air humidity from 75% to 78%.
The sausages meet the requirements of DSTU 4436:2005.
