Ingredients: raw meat 100% (trimmed prime beef, pork back fat, trimmed fat pork, trimmed lean pork), drinking water, table salt, phosphate mixture (stabilizers E 450, E 451), ground black pepper, fresh garlic, sugar, ground nutmeg, stabilizer E 250.
Nutritional value per 100 g of product: fats - 18 g, of which saturated - 5.4 g, carbohydrates - 1.3 g, of which sugar - 0 g, proteins - 10.2 g, salt - 2 g.
Energy value per 100 g of product - 852 kJ/208 kcal.
Storage conditions: store at a temperature from 0°С to 6°С and with relative air humidity from 75% to 78%.
The sausages meet the requirements of DSTU 4436:2005.
