Ingredients: raw meat 100% (trimmed first-grade beef, trimmed lean pork, pork side lard), table salt, whole mustard seeds, taste and aroma mixture (spice extracts and natural spices: black pepper, nutmeg, dextrose, maltodextrin, antioxidant E 316, table salt), phosphate mixture (stabilizers E 450, E 451), stabilizer E 250.
Nutritional value per 100 g of product: fats - 34.8 g, of which saturated - 14.5 g, carbohydrates - 0.1 g, of which sugar - 0 g, proteins - 13.3 g, salt - 3.6 g.
Energy value per 100 g of product - 1515.4 kJ/368.1 kcal.
Storage conditions: store at a temperature, not more than 6 °С, and relative air humidity from 75% to 78%.
The sausage meets the requirements of DSTU 4591:2006.
