Ingredients: raw meat 100% (trimmed first-grade beef, trimmed lean pork, pork side lard), table salt, taste and aroma mixture (spice extracts and natural spices: black pepper, nutmeg, dextrose, maltodextrin, antioxidant E 316, table salt), cognac 0.5%, phosphate mixture (stabilizers E 450, E 451), sugar, stabilizer E 250.

Energy value per 100 g of product - 1159 kJ/277 kcal.
Storage conditions: store at a temperature, not more than 6 °С, and relative air humidity from 75% to 78%. The sausage meets the requirements of DSTU 4591:2006. Inedible casing.
