Madera Salami cooked-smoked top-grade sausage
Ingredients: meat (trimmed first-grade beef 55%, trimmed lean pork 25%), pork side lard 20%, table salt, taste and aroma mixture (spice extracts and natural spices: black pepper, nutmeg, dextrose, maltodextrin, antioxidant E 316, table salt), phosphate mixture (stabilizers E 450, E 451), sugar, stabilizer E 250.
Nutritional value per 100 g of product: fats - 24.4 g, of which saturated - 9.9 g, carbohydrates - 0.2 g, of which sugar - 0.2 g, proteins - 13.2 g, salt - 3.1 g.
Energy value per 100 g of product - 1127.2 kJ/274.5 kcal.
Storage conditions: store at a temperature, not more than 6 °С, and relative air humidity from 75% to 78%. The sausage meets the requirements of DSTU 4591:2006. Inedible casing.
