Nutritional value per 100 g of product: fats - 35.4 g, of which saturated - 12.9 g, carbohydrates - 0.1 g, of which sugar - 0.1 g, proteins - 13.2 g, salt - 3.6 g.
Energy value per 100 g of product - 1535.9 kJ/371.8 kcal.
Storage conditions: store at a temperature, not more than 6 °С, and relative air humidity from 75% to 78%.
