Ingredients: raw meat 85% (pork side lard, deboned broiler chicken meat, trimmed first-grade beef, trimmed semi-fat pork), mechanically deboned poultry meat, protein stabilizer from pork skin (pork skin, drinking water), table salt, dry multicomponent mixtures for meat products (taste and aroma enhancer E 621, dextrose, acidity regulator E 451, table salt, flavorings: pork, juicy meat; antioxidants E 316, E 300, maltodextrin, natural spice extracts: black pepper, white pepper, coriander, nutmeg, allspice), stabilizer E 250.
Nutritional value per 100 g of product: fats - 37 g, of which saturated - 15.3 g, carbohydrates - 0 g, of which sugar - 0 g, proteins - 13.2 g, salt - 3.2 g.
Energy value per 100 g of product - 1593.4 kJ/385.8 kcal.
Storage conditions: store at a temperature, not more than 6 °С, and relative air humidity from 75% to 78%.
The sausage meets the requirements of TU U15.1-33480284-015:2007.
