Ingredients: raw meat 85% (trimmed semi-fat pork, pork side lard, deboned broiler chicken meat, trimmed first-grade beef), mechanically deboned poultry meat, protein stabilizer from pork skin (pork skin, drinking water), table salt, functional additive (stabilizers E 407a, E 451, E 450, animal protein from pork, milk protein, soy protein, ham flavoring), complex flavor additive (spice extract (garlic, paprika, red pepper, cumin, ginger, nutmeg), maltodextrin, dextrose, table salt), stabilizer E 250.
Nutritional value per 100 g of product: fats - 31.9 g, of which saturated - 12.3 g, carbohydrates - 2.9 g, of which sugar - 0.4 g, proteins - 13.2 g, salt - 3.2 g.
Energy value per 100 g of product - 1454 kJ/351.5 kcal.
Storage conditions: store at a temperature, not more than 6 °С, and relative air humidity from 75% to 78%.
The sausage meets the requirements of TU U15.1-35832313-001:2011. Inedible casing.
