Dytiachi top-grade sausages
Ingredients: raw meat 90% (trimmed semi-fat pork, trimmed first-grade young animal beef, trimmed prime beef), drinking water, refined sunflower oil, egg melange, skimmed cow milk powder, table salt, sugar, antioxidant E 316, ground nutmeg, ground allspice, stabilizer E 250.
Nutritional value per 100 g of product: fats - 16.8 g, of which saturated - 6.2 g, carbohydrates - 1 g, of which sugar - 0.1 g, proteins - 12 g, salt - 2.1 g.
Energy value per 100 g of product - 842.6 kJ/203 kcal.
Storage conditions: store at a temperature from 0°С to 6°С and with relative air humidity from 75% to 78%.
The sausages meet the requirements of DSTU 4436:2005.
