Nutritional (food) value per 100 g of product: proteins - 12 g, fats - 18.4 g.

Energy value (caloricity) per 100 g of product - 893.7 kJ (213.6 kcal).

Storage conditions: store at a temperature from 0°C to 8°С, and relative air humidity from 75% to 78%.

The shelf life of the packaged product is not more than 14 days from the production date. (For the product sold by weight, it is not more than 5 days.)
